Accommodation	All rooms are equipped with double beds (1,40 m wide) as well as shower cabin. The three-bed room is equipped with an additional single bed. Clicking the Link Le Coustal you'll gain more information of this old farmhouse, which is rent out as a holiday home during the summer season (May until September).
Arrival/Departure	Arrival will take place from 13:00 hours (depending on the arrival of your plane/train) the Sunday before your French language course starts. Please let us have the arrival time and we will pick you up (as long as you require transport) at Carcassonne airport or Carcassonne train station (which may be before 13:00 hrs). Departure (including transport) will take place on the Saturday the course ends after breakfast at around 12:00 o' clock.
Course	This French language course is an overall course - enhanced common learning. The course price includes: 80 lessons (45 minutes each) intense French speaking, accommodation as required, transfer to/from Carcassonne (if applicable), all trips and entertainment, the course material, buffet breakfast, lunch (incl. wine and tea/coffee), coffee and tea during the day, dinner (2 different menus of choice ) including starter, dessert, cheese, wine, aperitif, digestif, coffee.
Course Site	The intense French language course will take place in Bouriege, at Saint-Sernin, Department of the Aude, France in a 17th/18th century farm house: Le Coustal. Saint-Sernin is a very small hamlet near Limoux (approx. 11 km).Any further information concerning Le Coustal, the site and the environment can be gained by clicking the external link of Le Coustal.
Cancellation	Cancellations of booked language courses must be in written form, via E-Mail or letter to the following address: Le Coustal Gerhard Lieb Traverse de Bouriege F-11300 Bouriege Language Course Cancellation The following cancellation fees will be applicable: 30 to 15 days prior to start of course: 30% of the total price 14 to 0 days prior to start of course: 70 % of the total price In case of your cancellation during the course resp. non-attendance of the lessons, no fees will be returned.
Deposit	Reservation of the intense French course will be valid as soon as the deposit of Euro 300,-/person has been made. Deposits may be made by bank transfer or cheque. The final payment must be made on arrival (cash or cheque). Note: Courses may be cancelled in the case that there are less than 3 participants in a course. In such a case your deposit will be returned at the day of course cancellation.
Do I have to speak French all the time?	That would be good, but it might not work. You'll learn French during your course and will have to speak French then. However, your teacher speaks English and so does one of the landlords.
Intense course	The French lessons will take place on the indicated days of the week during the morning and the afternoon. Courses will take place from approx. 09:30 until 12:00 o'clock and from 13:00 until 16:30. All course material is included in the price of the course. This French course is a French conversation course; the teachers' target is to enable you to speak comprehensive French within a shortest period of time. The teacher is a certified native French teacher, experienced in teaching French in language schools. Different courses for beginners and experienced participants will take place.

Landlord	The culinary intense French language course is offered by Gerd Lieb, originally from Germany, living in Le Coustal for many years. Since a few years he and his girl-friend run the house as a so called table d'hôte, meaning they offer full- or half-board to their guests.
Meals/Full-Board	The intense French learning course is offered as a complete course including full-board. Full-board comprises the daily breakfast buffet, a typical Plat du Jour, 1/4 l wine and coffee for lunch, as well as the diner, which sees two different menus. During the day time coffee, tea, and juices are included. Cooking is typically French, we use fresh (as far as possible biological) products of this region. The wines are regional Roussillon wines (Chardonnay de Limoux, Corbières, Fitou, Minervois etc.).
Participants	The number of participants in this French language course are 3 persons (as long as not agreed upon otherwise). The maximum are 8 participants.
Reservation	Reseravations shall exclusively be made in written by E-Mail or post. Reservation will be valid as soon as the deposit of Euro 300,- has been made. Upon receipt of your reservation you will be receive a written confirmation.
Transfer	Transfer from/to airport or train station Carcassonne is included in the course price.
Trips	All trips are included in the price of the French language course. Anyhow, the trips depend of the wheather conditions, i.e. short-terms changes render possible.
Additional Language Course offers	Upon request, we can offer different courses for groups, couples or parents and children, and in this case the max. number of participants will be 10. We will arrange - upon request - conversation courses with special topics (wine, literature, history etc.).
